1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using B_Cassette ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

B_Cassette is an iOS application that allows users to collect, store, and revisit everyday photos ("B-cuts") in the form of cassette tape keepsakes, accompanied by curated or AI-generated music. The App offers both free and paid features.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use B_Cassette.
• You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. Your Apple ID is used solely for account identification and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
• Guest use ("skip for now") is permitted with limited functionality. Some features may require an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials associated with the App.

4. Free and Paid Features

Free features include:

• Creation of up to 10 cassettes
• 3 free Special Cassette generations for each Apple account (AI music)
